Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS/FedEx. Shipping times vary based on the carrier selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Pretty With Peppers is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Pretty With Peppers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
